Film Description
Glenlyon Dam is a short, great and fun documentary about a big dam on the Qld/NSW border near Stanthorpe and Tenterfield. It is significant to me because my Dad works for Sunwater which is the monitoring organisation that manages the dam. It is also significant to me because my Pa helped with the building of the dam by driving a water truck. I think everyone will love hearing and learning about the dam, how it was built and how it works. I am lucky enough to live overlooking the dam and unless you visit you wouldn't realise the beauty and wildlife that the expanse of water attracts. Glenlyon Dam is a wonderful place and I recommend if you get the chance to visit.
